What you will be doing

• As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), you will care for people with challenging behaviour and make sure they get the best support.
  
  

• You will also help your colleagues and encourage good teamwork.
  
  

• The wards are busy, so your work will be varied and keep you motivated.
  
  

Your daily tasks will include:

• Giving safe, effective and kind nursing care to patients.
  
  

• Assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing care.
  
  

• Guiding and supporting other team members.
  
  

• Watching for any changes in patients, writing down what you see, and keeping clear records of the care provided.
