ABOUT YOU 

• You should share and live by our values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.

• You must have a first-level nursing qualification and a valid NMC registration.

• You need at least 2 years of experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, with relevant further training or qualifications.

• You should have good communication skills and be able to guide and show others how to provide care.

• You must understand care planning and know how to put it into practice.
