Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse to join the Critical Care Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd in North Wales. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board runs three hospitals with a total of 33 Critical Care beds. The team provides care for emergency patients and supports a wide range of surgical specialties.

Main Duties of the Job

We are looking for nurses who have experience in working in busy hospital areas.

You should be enthusiastic, committed, and willing to learn and grow in this rewarding nursing field.

You will receive a full training period and a structured preceptorship program that follows the National Competency Framework for Adult Critical Care Nurses.

The Critical Care Unit focuses on providing safe, high-quality care and making sure patients have a positive experience.

As part of the team, you will represent the Trust by delivering excellent nursing care in line with Trust Values.

You must treat all patients, families, visitors, and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Being able to speak Welsh is an advantage, but both English and Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.
