Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse  you will work within a multidisciplinary team in a busy clinical setting supporting patients across various healthcare needs. You will be responsible for assessing  planning implementing and evaluating patient care under the supervision of senior nurses and ward managers. The role involves both independent and team based responsibilities to ensure patients receive the best possible experience and outcomes.

Main Duties of the Job

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care based on individual patient needs.
  
  

• Monitor assess  and document patient progress and vital signs.
  
  

• Administer medications and treatments in line with Trust policies.
  
  

• Support patients and their families with information and reassurance.
  
  

• Work collaboratively with doctors  therapists  and healthcare assistants.

Qualifications  Experience and Skills

Education & Registration:

• Registered Nurse  with the NMC .
  
  

• Degree or diploma in nursing.
  
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment preferred.
