- Visit the portal of State’s Transport Department
- Download the smart card driving license application form from the website.
- After carefully filling the form, visit your nearest RTO and submit it along with necessary documents.
- Pay the required amount and apply for a driving license.
- After clearing the driving test, the authorities will record all biometric datas.
- After processing all this information, you will receive your smart card driving license at your registered address.
Some documents are required for application. An address proof is necessary. A certificate to prove your age and passport size photos are also needed.
