Job Overview
As a Registered Nurse you will join a caring and professional team that provides high quality care to patients who need rehabilitation medical support or palliative care. You will work closely with doctors therapists and healthcare assistants to deliver safe and effective nursing care. You will report to the Senior Sister or Ward Manager and receive full training and ongoing professional support to help you succeed and grow in your role.
Main Duties of the Job

Deliver safe and effective nursing care based on patient needs and best practice standards

Assess plan implement and evaluate individualised care plans for patients

Support patients with rehabilitation and recovery programmes

Qualifications Experience and Skills
1. Qualifications and Experience

Registered Nurse with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration

Experience in medical rehabilitation or palliative care is helpful but not essential

Willingness to complete preceptorship or continuing professional development
