On the right side of the web page, there is an option `Apply Online’ click on it and follow the procedure of licence button, licence renewal, apply online, then open the other window. Click on the application submitting office. Search for the place of RTO office. Fill the licence number and date of birth of the person. Open the other window, Click the next button and add the mobile number and email ID. If your date of licence expired you should pay the fine. Now click the print button and paste the photo. Add the Signature of the applicant. Pay the fees through net banking and submit the application
